This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Return procedure<\/h3><h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">1. Return request<\/h4><ul style=\"text-align: left;\"><li><p>You must <b>register the return request<\/b> in your customer account or contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Returns not notified in advance may be refused.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Packing<\/h4><ul style=\"text-align: left;\"><li><p>The product must be <b>carefully packed<\/b>, preferably in the box FitGolfe sent or in equivalent packaging that protects the item in transit.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">3. Shipping and costs<\/h4><ul style=\"text-align: left;\"><li><p>You can send the parcel to the address provided or request a collection.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The <b>cost of the return is paid by the customer<\/b>, except in cases of <b>proven defect<\/b> or <b>shipping error<\/b> by FitGolfe.<\/p><\/li><li><p>FitGolfe provides a prepaid shipping label only in the exceptions above.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">4. Proof of shipping<\/h4><ul style=\"text-align: left;\"><li><p>We recommend that you <b>keep proof of shipping<\/b>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The <b>responsibility<\/b> for loss or damage in transit lies with <b>the customer<\/b> until FitGolfe receives the goods.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Exchanges and refunds<\/h3><h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Exchanges<\/h4><ul style=\"text-align: left;\"><li><p>FitGolfe <b>does not make direct exchanges<\/b>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>To replace an item, you should <b>start a return<\/b> and then <b>place a new order<\/b>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Refunds<\/h4><ul style=\"text-align: left;\"><li><p>The refund includes the <b>price paid for the product<\/b> and the <b>original delivery cost<\/b> (based on the cheapest delivery option only).
