Free delivery from €99
In mainland Portugal, delivery costs €5.90 (VAT included) for orders up to €99. From €99, delivery is free.
Delivery in 1 to 2 working days
Orders ship with CTT in 1 to 2 working days after payment is confirmed. Payments confirmed by 13:00 ship the same working day. You receive the tracking code by email.
Free in-store pickup
You can collect your order at FitGolfe, R. José Malhoa n.º 10 (cave esq.), 2675-396 Odivelas, with parking. It's ready about 30 minutes after payment is confirmed, during store hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 19:00; Saturday 10:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 19:00. We email you when it's ready.
Madeira and the Azores
We ship to Madeira and the Azores for €9.90 (VAT included), with delivery in 2 to 4 working days. To the islands, delivery is free from €149.
Spain and Europe
We ship to mainland Spain for €6.90, free over €119. To France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Ireland, Austria and Luxembourg, €12.90, free over €179. To Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland and the rest of the European Union, €14.90, free over €199. Delivery takes 3 to 8 working days. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Home delivery
CTT makes one delivery attempt; if nobody is in, they leave a notice to collect at the nearest CTT office.
Damaged packaging?
If the package arrives torn or damaged, note it on the delivery slip when you receive it and contact us the same day (911 717 047 or geral@fitgolfe.pt). Only then can we claim on the insurance and sort it out quickly.
Order tracking
You get an email at every status change: payment confirmed, order shipped or ready for pickup. To change the address or give delivery instructions, call or email us.
